We offer our clients fast, secure, and efficient securities-based loans. We prefer doing a minimum of $1 million (USD) but can go lower to a figure not lower than $500,000 in exceptional circumstances. We are an intermediary company, and thus, we do not provide the financing ourselves. Our global financing partners provide the financing, but we facilitate the deal, ensuring you are well-protected throughout the whole process. We accept securities traded on almost all major exchanges globally, including Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, Oceania, and Asia. However, we don’t accept securities traded on the US Stock Exchange due to issues beyond our control. We can do any deal amount, provided the client has adequate securities to offer as collateral. We have increasingly received requests in the billions of dollars range. All our loans are non-recourse, meaning we will never go after any of your assets except those you placed as collateral. We offer loans of up to 80% of the value of your securities (LTV – loan to value). For instance, if you have securities worth $10 million, we can offer an $8 million loan. We retain the discretion to determine your LTV.
